Is this a business expense or an investment?

Why in-person not online?
The small group size (5 women) and in-person format are intentional. This fosters a safe, intimate environment that reduces the intimidation often felt in larger or digital-only spaces, allowing for genuine, human connection.

That fear is exactly why this programme exists. I get it - because this used to be me! We prioritize confidence as our core promise, helping you navigate internal resistance and imposter syndrome so you can execute consistently despite discomfort.
How much time should I set aside outside of the sessions?
This programme is designed for time-poor business owners who know they need to invest in becoming more visible in order to reach that next level in their business. The curriculum focuses on clear guidance on activities that will actually move the needle, with “plug-and-play” solutions and efficient, actionable tasks. No theory-heavy coursework here, you can choose to spend 20-90 minutes per week putting these into practice outside of the training sessions.
What do the topics covered include?
Week 1: Mindset & Marketing Fundamentals. Move past uncertainty, give yourself permission to be seen, and learn the key to being found by your ideal clients.
Week 2: Positioning & Messaging. Define your messaging, and understand how you can help potential ideal clients instantly recognise, trust, and understand exactly what you offer.
Week 3: Social Media Strategy. Build clear, repeatable "plug-and-play" content systems that keep you visible without the pressure to be a perfect content creator “edutainer”.
Week 4: In-Person Networking. Learn to navigate rooms with integrity and build a reputation that precedes you, ensuring your name is spoken about positively even when you aren't there.
Week 5: Speaking on Camera. Gain the technical confidence and simple execution habits to share your expertise on video in ways that feels natural and authentically "you."
What if I miss a training?
If you are unable to attend a session, you will have access to the session outline and action items in our shared programme document. You are welcome to catch up at your own pace.
Is this for me if I’m just starting out, or if I’ve been in business for 10+ years?
This programme is designed for business owners ready to step out from behind their logo and become the face of their brand. It is highly effective for both solo owners and those leading a small team, looking to refresh her messaging. Because this programme relies on you being the driving force, it is less critical for brands that already have solidified strategies or large teams handling these decisions.
